A. Job Description

As a key member of our Data Team, you will be the source of truth that turns raw player and campaign data into the decisions shaping our games. You‘ll work directly with Game Designers, Product Managers, and UA leads on the questions that actually move the needle at PixOn.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Product & game analytics: Analyze retention, funnel, level progression, and monetization (RV ads, IAP, ARPPU) to surface bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• UA & creative analytics: Track CPI, ROAS, and creative performance across channels and campaigns.
• A/B testing: Design experiments, calculate sample size, define guardrail metrics, and interpret results, partnering with product and marketing teams.
• User segmentation: Build and maintain user segments and ensure consistent segment definitions across teams.
• Personalization analytics: Evaluate the impact of personalized offers, content, and difficulty across user segments; identify which segments respond best to which strategies.
• Dashboards & BI: Build and maintain dashboards on our BI system so stakeholders can access trusted metrics without waiting on ad-hoc requests.
• Cross-team collaboration: Translate numbers into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Reporting and documentation: Document analyses, metric definitions, and learnings to help build knowledge for the team.
• Leverage AI tools for productivity: Use modern AI assistants to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive work, and improve documentation quality.

B. Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience in data analysis or game analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity,  able to break down ambiguous problems into measurable questions
• Solid SQL skills (joins, window functions, CTEs)
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis (pandas, visualization, basic statistics)
• Understanding of statistical fundamentals: sample size, confidence intervals, common pitfalls in A/B testing
• Familiarity with segmentation principles (RFM, behavioral cohorts, or equivalent) is a strong plus
• Good English reading and comprehension skills (to follow international benchmarks and documentation)    
• Experience with data warehouses and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
• Prior experience in mobile games, adtech, e-commerce, or any user-funnel + monetization domain is a strong advantage (a portfolio or sample analysis is highly appreciated)
• Proactive, eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to take initiative
• Exposure to clustering, churn prediction, LTV modeling is a significant plus
• Proficiency in integrating AI within day-to-day operations; interest in the mechanics of ML systems and evaluating their performance is a strong plus.
